Welcome to the Fort Richmond and University Heights neighbourhoods!

The homeowners who reside in Fort Richmond and University Heights are working hard to ensure the neighbourhood is a vibrant, safe and diverse neighbourhood where people take pride in their property, and work together to foster a strong sense of community. A lot of homeowners have lived here for 30+ years, and they take great pride in maintaining their homes and yards.

As a resident in the neighbourhood, it is your RESPONSIBILITY to respect and abide by the Winnipeg Neighbourhood Liveability By-law as well as the Winnipeg Zoning By-law.

For your convenience, we have provided an overview of neighbourhood standards that are sometimes overlooked and not complied with. The City of Winnipeg enforces these standards through By-Laws, and we ask that you read these standards and respect the City of Winnipeg By-laws.

We have also provided information to assist you as a new member of our community.  We are proud of our community and are working hard to keep it safe and family friendly. We hope you will too!
