The Fort Richmond – University Heights Neighbourhood Association is working diligently to:

• Assist Winnipeg By-law officers to identify houses with multiple tenants to ensure tenants are living in safe premises
• Enable stricter enforcement of Winnipeg’s Neighbourhood Liveability and Zoning By-Laws.

The homeowners of Fort Richmond and University Heights want to ensure their neighbourhood is a vibrant, safe and diverse community where people take pride in their property, and work together to foster a strong sense of community. Many homeowners have lived here for 30+ years, and take great pride in maintaining their homes and yards.

We are proud of our community. As a landlord, it is YOUR responsibility to ensure by-laws are complied with.
