The University of Manitoba’s “UM Properties” is communicating plans for the land north of the Fort Garry campus. They purchased that land several years ago; it used to be a golf course.
According to southwoodcircle.com, UM Properties is: “UM Properties is a limited partnership whose units are controlled by a University of Manitoba trust. UM Properties GP Inc. is the general partner and the independent land development company guiding the creation of Southwood Circle into a complete mixed-use community.”
