Fort Richmond and University Heights are two beautiful, residential communities surrounding the suburban campus of the University of Manitoba. The Fort Richmond – University Heights Neighbourhood Association is a volunteer, community-based organization of homeowners who have united to address concerns about the growing number of unethical landlords moving into the neighbourhood, illegally subdividing houses, renting unsafe rooms to unsuspecting tenants, and neglecting their properties.
Residents, tenants and landlords all have RESPONSIBILITIES living in this neighbourhood, and they have RIGHTS. Our website is designed to provide useful information to help everyone better understand their responsibilities and rights.
In the months ahead, we will continue to refine and improve our website to ensure it provides users with the tools and resources they need. If there is some information you would like added, or if you have any questions, please Contact Us. Thank you for visiting!
