A new residential project is being proposed on University Crescent. The developer is proposing to demolish the three properties at 105, 107 and 119 University Crescent in order to build a new multi-family complex. The proposed development would contain two buildings – one with 14 units, and the other with 18 units. Between the two buildings would be a shared courtyard.
The project consultant, Richard Wintrup & Associates, will be holding an open house on Monday, June 26 to provide more details and gather feedback from the community. Everyone is invited to attend.
